Peter Carter is an Business Process and Architecture Consultant. Mr. Carter has more than 25 years experience in the information technology field as senior technical consultant and application development executive. His strong communication skills and solid experience have helped many clients in the financial, government, retail and transportation sectors. Mr. Carter has in-depth knowledge of the IBM Content Management products and the AS/400/iSeries platform.

The initial two year engagement migrated the ImagePlus application to IBM Content Manager and completely redesigned the solution, including providing a complex business process workflow implementation. During the project some time was spent working with the IBM development lab on product requirements, defect identification and problem resolution. The implementation was hailed by customer senior management as an outstanding example of teamwork in pursuit of an excellent solution.
Architect and Technical Solution Manager – Financial Services
Managed the technical implementation of a major image application at one of Canada’s premier financial services firms, including a complete workflow enabled customer service application in just 10 weeks. This implementation is credited with a 25% improvement in turnaround time required to respond to customer inquiries.
